From the Kowloon Tong MTR: 
Take the East Rail Line (light blue line) or Kwun Tong Line (green line) of the MTR train to Kowloon Tong station and take Exit C2. From Festival Walk, walk to Tat Chee Avenue and cross the street. 
Walk south on Tat Chee Avenue until you arrive at the intersection with Begonia Road. Turn right and continue on Begonia Road until you arrive at CISHK.
