Admission Criteria and Procedures Concordia International School encourages applications from students of all racial groups and language levels for our grades 7 to 12. To facilitate and motivate all students to apply, Concordia has no admission charges. If you are interested in Concordia, please feel free to complete the application form included with our promotional material. It is important that as much information be included so that informed and sensitive decisions can be made in a minimum of time. Application Procedure Applications will only be considered when all of the information listed below has been gathered by the school.
Given the above information, a letter of acceptance or rejection will be sent to the parent. If given a letter of acceptance there may be specific conditions set as part of the acceptance but these will always be stated clearly in writing. To hold a reserved place in the school, parents should reply to this letter within one week and will need to submit a deposit of HK$10,000. The school regrets that because of its limited number of places, reservations will not be given unless a deposit is received. Non-refundable total due Jan. 31, 2009 All Fees and Charges are currently under review and are subject to EDB approval Payment and Refund Policy · Because of Concordia’s small size and the fact that it is a non-profit making institution, we operate on a very fixed budget. This means that once fees have been paid, Concordia will not refund deposits and/or installments. Parents should think carefully before making any payment. · Students pay fees twice a year at the beginning of each term. Those with difficulty paying may consult the Principal for an alternative arrangement. · To reserve a place in the school a HK$10,000 deposit is required. This should be paid within one week of being accepted to the school for new students. The deposit is strictly nonrefundable after the last day of the period of offer. · Students can be admitted after the term has begun and fees will be calculated on a case by case basis, quarterly or monthly. Late Payment of Fees Policy Late fees (0.5% of fees owed) will be incurred within one week after the payment due date. Parents/Guardians should inform the school of any payment concerns that may arise. |
